Shipping
After placing your order, you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your order. All orders will be packed and dispatched within one week of the receipt of the order. 

Usual delivery time (after your order is dispatched):
Europe: 4 – 14 days (currently in some cases up to 1 month)
Rest of World: 7 – 28 days (currently in some cases up to 3 months)

Currently some of our packages arrive with a delay, as a result of the Covid crisis. Unfortunately that delay is beyond our control. Because of this situation, please allow up to 1 month (in Europe) and 3 months (outside Europe) after your order is dispatched before contacting us for lost packages.

Pre-orders
If your order contains a pre-ordered product, the full order will be shipped on or shortly after the release date of the pre-ordered product. The other products in your order will be held until the pre-order is released, to ensure low shipping costs. If you wish to receive the other products as soon as possible, we advise you to place two separate orders.

Returns, refunds and order cancellation
We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be “as new” with no damage.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Damages
We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We try to ensure that your vinyl arrives in the best possible condition, but given the fact these are being handled and transported across the world small corner dings and minor seam splits may occasionally occur. If you’re a collector who requires mint condition we recommend picking up our releases from your local record store.
